We arrange delivery based on your order type, location, and site requirements. For commercial kitchen equipment and fabrication projects, shipping is often scheduled and confirmed during the quotation process. We provide delivery services across the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, and other emirates, depending on project requirements.

Dispatch Timeline

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation of payment (or as agreed in your quotation). For custom fabrication, lead times depend on project scope and will be communicated before production starts.

Delivery Methods

Courier delivery (where applicable) with tracking.
Scheduled delivery for bulky or commercial equipment.
On-site delivery coordination for projects that require access planning.

If signature confirmation or special handling is required, please inform us in advance so we can arrange the correct service.
Fees are confirmed during quotation / before dispatch.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping fees may include handling, packing, and transport costs. Fees vary depending on:

Total weight and volume
Access requirements (lift access, loading bay, delivery timing)
Special packaging or fragile handling

Order Grouping

To reduce costs, we recommend grouping items into a single order where possible. Separate orders placed at different times may be shipped separately and may incur separate delivery charges.

Packaging & Protection

We take care to protect equipment during transport. Items are packed using appropriate materials, and boxes or crates are sized to minimize movement and reduce the risk of damage.

Please inspect shipments upon receipt. If there is visible damage to the packaging, note it with the driver (when applicable) and contact us as soon as possible.
